Booking Policy

At Rachel’s Hair Salon, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring that your appointment is seamless and enjoyable. To confirm your booking, we kindly ask for a deposit to secure your time with our skilled stylists.

Deposit Details

A non-refundable deposit of $31.50 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be credited toward your total payment upon completion of your service.

How to Make a Deposit

📩 Please e-transfer your deposit to rachelshairsalon3143@gmail.com. Once your deposit is received, we will confirm your appointment via email or text.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. To accommodate your needs:

  • 48 Hours' Notice: Rescheduling is permitted if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice before your appointment.

  • Late Notice or No-Shows: Deposits are non-refundable for late rescheduling, cancellations, or no-shows.
